Description
1. Advantages of two-stage compressors compared to single-stage compressors:
Under the premise that the compression module also uses durable high-performance rotors, the energy-saving effect of two-stage compressors is more significant than that of single-stage compressors.
(1) Low compression ratio and low leakage design ensure high efficiency of the compression process.
(2) Reduce the impact load of each rotor and the heat load of each component of the unit.
(3) Compared with single-stage compression, the same input power produces more compressed air.
(4) Effectively extend the life of the air end. Under full load conditions, it is about 15% higher than the single-stage compression of the same brand and power.
2. Screw compression technology of two-stage air compressor:

(1). One-piece shaft structure
The high-efficiency permanent magnet motor and the screw male rotor adopt an embedded one-piece shaft direct connection structure, with a transmission efficiency close to 100%. No gearbox, no belt, no transmission efficiency loss. Equipped with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, it has excellent energy-saving performance. Especially at low frequency and low speed, it can still maintain a high motor efficiency. The motor is small in size, generally about 1/3 of the volume of ordinary motors.
(2). Able to reach advanced exhaust volume
The TRL series twin-screw main engine provides customers with industry-leading specific power by continuously optimizing the rotor profile and internal structure.
(3). Finite element strength analysis
For the TRL series twin-screw main engine, key components are analyzed for strength using finite elements. To ensure that the quality of each component can be optimized to the greatest extent, providing strong technical support for the stable, efficient and long-term operation of the product.
